Here's the video OP is talking about by Torque Test Channel.

Even though it's best rated, the most recent reviews are worrisome.

EDIT:
His follow up video 2.5 months later, WOLFBOX still holds the lead.

And Project Farm's video review
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vqX9lvRdXVA

FYI: These two don't get paid by the companies that these products come from.

You shouldn't use a vacuum on sensitive components.

The static electricity buildup can be enough to fry them.

I wouldn't put any weight into RPM at all. Doesn't really give any good indicator to how much air it'll actually push.

Hey, am I missing something here? It seems like there are a lot of other similar options in the ballpark of $30....maybe not as powerfully rated, is this worth the premium? I can't tell the difference between this one versus the others?
That is always a problem with China goods like these. Not one in particular always rises to the top as the star and there may be many that are close in performance and reliability. At some point you just have to make a call and take the gamble. If you don't feel it worth it when you get it send it back. That is my test and I have quit wasting so much time researching when I can never get a clear answer anyway

Torque Test Channel (youtube) did a video comparing a lot of them (mostly chinese noname weird brands) and this one came out on top, but was comparatively expensive at 70-90 bucks. Of course, it goes on sale, get coupons, lightning deals, etc, but never below 60 bucks as long as I've been looking.
The channel that did the video is akin to old school consumer reports with a dash of "neat, cool, fun" stuff mixed in. It's basically dudes drag racing tools.

NOT dead for me actually! Once you apply the promo code it will show up as $18.90 promotional balance, which you can accidentally toggle off on the Change Payment Method screen

I have an anemometer and just tested it, with the nozzle on it will hit about 73 mph, about 46mph on medium and 26 mph on low. It's freaking powerful and built solid.

Can this clean out dust on blades on home fans? Or like Ryobi fans? Thy get dusty overtime and no way to clean them. Can this do the job?

No fan will do that, the dust and dirt are staticly stuck and you need to wipe it off with something wet.

Does anyone know if this would work to get rid of dust on Lego sets or would this be overkill
I doubt it'll work. That kind of dust is "stuck" on the surface of the legos. The only thing I've had 100% success with cleaning Legos is the cleaning sticky putty things from Amazon.

I was sold by the youtube video.. but mainly because of this chart

Also FYI, I was able to get it down to $39.68

Amazon Price is $62.99
Coupon code WBFANMF100 to get it down $18.99
Then used CardBear's Amazon discounted gift cards for another 10% off

Final Price is $39.68!

For what it's worth, I tried this one out compared to my cheap $20 one and it wasn't worth twice the price. The build quality is nicer, but there are equally powerful ones that are half the price. Just get the ones that look similar to this one. Their ratings are useless and just lies anyway.
