It's now hit $379 multiple times
.... and $350 once (see: https://slickdeals.net/f/18064495-ef-ecoflow-portable-power-station-delta-2-lite-950wh-lfp-battery-s... )
I think we should be seeing $350 regularly very shortly

Is this common or just a faulty unit?

Did you ensure that the AC time out was set to "Never" in the app? It is set to 12 hours default.
Seems like a faulty firmware that has already been resolved. Am I missing something else?

I read this all the time. Can you test by downloading the app and checking to see if there's a way to change the settings to "run it all the time" or something like that? I need to make sure it's not a user error. Oh, don't give me the "I know how to use a power station without looking manual" face.

Well, someone needs to read or at least try to find a solution, OR ask for help
Been using mine as a sump pump backup for months with no issue. As someone else mentioned, be sure to check the AC timeout. Or check if there's an update that fixed the issue.
