Looks like this deal is today only as it mentions expiration of tomorrow's date. Seems like a good deal if you are in the market for the B4 model as it looks to be 1299 elsewhere. The price includes free shipping, five year warranty, and for BJ's credit card holders depending on the card you can get up to 15 times back in rewards.

Hope this post helps someone!

Found this deal earlier today, but the tax keeps ringing up wrong. It is more than double and does not make it a deal. The Greentoe price is better for me. I'm in Indiana

Wasn't this the model that Walmart and Beach Camera sold for $899. I suppose the 5 year warranty is worth $100.

I ended up buying direct from Samsung the S85 for $849 earlier this month and I'm past the return window. So I should probably stop looking at these deals 😂

You can haggle a deal close to that at a physical "Video Only" store, not many around.

They base the "sales" tax on the price before instant savings coupon. Such bs. 3 left in the local store with a display model(full warranty). Extra 10% off original price display model if that's the last one in the store. In theory, that should bring it down to $770. Still on the fence for this model.

Spoke with BJs customer service today and since this is a promotion by the manufacture, the Tax is based off the full retail price. If the promotion was retailor sponsored then the tax would have been based on the sales price after the discount. In the end it adds $90(+) to the price.

No Video Only on the east coast, no BJ's Wholesale on the west coast.

Update. Ended up pulling the trigger at $1161 with stupid tax based on $2300 retail. Called customer care and the supervisor gave a $40 credit on pick up or in my case free shipping. He tried hard trying to explain about it was BJ's policy with a manufacturer coupon. Well, in fact, it says instant savings, issued by BJ's, nothing about the manufacturer. Imo it's fraud because they keep the overage.

Said he would turn it over to the "department" for review on the other $51 I am owed. 7% sales tax here.

90 day return and 5 year so called warranty.

We'll see if this or the C4 is any less than $1k in 90 days.

From the comparison to to the C4, we don't game, only TV and she watches series and recorded soap operas.

Is this a 2024 model?

Also picked up (last) NIB unit @ local BJs this morning. Thanks OP.

Taxes were a bummer but FOMO/regret bought anyway after hesitating on now-expired SB deals given tariff & pricing uncertainty. Local 90 day returns help.

Overall the TV picture is very good, much brighter than "B4s are garbage/too dim" comments would suggest. First nice TV (bought last year) was a 75" TCL QM8 that beams like the sun, and this B4 is still quite respectable due to OLED contrast.

The LG OS and magic remote, however, are awful and a huge letdown. If a Sony Bravia 7/8, QM8, or Z85A deal pop up it may go back for that reason alone. After paying an extra $100 in taxes not worth it to also buy a Roku Ultra or Apple TV...

I hope all goes well. I chose not to pay the extra tax, so I'm going to hold out. I would have purchased today if it was not for the way they handle taxes.

What's your idea for holding out? Other BJ's close to me said they returned the couple they had back to the warehouse or wherever because they were discontinued. Don't need it right now and we'll keep it in the box for 90 days see if it gets lowered and do a return and repurchase through someone else but the 5 year warranty from what they claim was a seller for me.

Bud8jr, I sincerely do hope it all goes well. For me it is a principal thing and I didn't have your luck. I spoke with customer service and got no where. I went to the store, but they were sold out, so after two attempts, I think Bjsis not going to be my deal. After I mount it to the wall, I know it would have to a larger discount to force me to take it down and return,so I'll just hold out for now. BTW, I have the 48" version in the bedroom and it is a good TV, so enjoy. All the best!
