I actually like this game. Good couch co op game! Wish they made it more complicated for adult auditions. But definitely good for the kids.

If only they put it for the PS5 as collection ....

I only played the second one, but it was really well done. Excellent for casual players that only have a few hours a week to game.

The game is okay, my kids didn't really care for it. It's a very simply hack and slash game. The story is "the power of friendship". It's an indie dev, honestly I expect this to come down more in price. To platinum the games is about a 5 hour endeavor.
You're talking about 3 games right now, not whichever single Cat Quest game your kids played.

Also no, it does not take 5 hours to platinum any single one of those games. The Mew-game+ stuff is incredibly tough and is also another playthrough of the game.

Having played 1, 2, and playing 3 right now, it does seem kinda expensive though. And also the game isn't for everyone since it's short and not super in-depth but it's still fun.

I did the first two games last week because we had the flu. They aren't long. Also looking the first two games are also free on PS5 with plus

if you platinumed a single one of those games in 5 hours, i'll eat my words but the main story is 5+ hours, let alone getting 100% achievements.

Cat Quest 1 has no multiplayer. Cat Quest 2 has multiplayer but the difficulty ramps up way faster than Cat Quest 1. In CQ2 bosses will two-shot you unless you spend additional time leveling and upgrading gear. This is normal for anyone who's played an RPG but was frustrating to my younger kids who gave up early on.
