You can also buy directly in store but clip the coupon first then enter the phone number at the check out. Coupon will show up after the person at the register clicks on complete transaction.

I have terrible luck with this, I do pickup so I can see the price and not hope it's applied correctly. They'll refund me when I call and complain, but it's a waste of time

I did this again for Axe and it worked just fine. Use the same phone number when you clip the coupon online and at the register. The coupon only applies after the staff clicks on her end to finalize the transaction and you will see on their little screen the coupon applied before you pay.
