Ridiculous lack of memory considering how cheap memory is now.
128gb SD card ~ $10
I don't recommend buying earlier models as weight is particularly relevant here.

Ipad Air 13 inch 2024: 617g weight
Ipad Pro 13 inch 2024: 579g weight
So the Ipad Pro is 38g lighter (6.5%) a term I would hardly consider "massive"
Ipad Pro 12.9 inch 2022: 682g weight
Even this is only a 103g difference. Much better for sure but still not Massive in my book.

12.9-inch iPad Pro (M2) â 280.6 x 214.9 x 6.4mm; 682g.
13-inch iPad Pro (M4) â 281.6 x 215.5 x 5.1mm; 579g.
That's about 15% lighter. I'm not in a rush so I'll wait for a deal on the M4. I had an older 12.9 pro and the weight wasn't great for me.

What I do find very interesting is this quest for speed when the vast majority of people do not run apps or games that take advantage of all of this. I'm not against a faster cpu but the M2 is so fast that I would venture to guess that 95% of Ipad users could not tell the difference between the M2 or M4 or even slower cpu's.
So what are all these Ipad apps that need the speed of the M4?
