It is, but I find it a little annoying because I move a lot when trying to fall asleep. So Im always conscious about it, worrying I might hit it against something.
Man, really wish the battery life of these was improved to go at least a week like garmin or that active fit brand, def not worth the $400+ price tag. I have owned at least 4 samsung smart watches all of them were free BNIB through trade in deals or around $100 so this is not worth it.
