Lots of people raised this issue on Reddit, Facebook etc, and Elegoo pretty much said too bad.
Hard for me to trust initial releases after that, especially when a lot of "reviews" thus far are from paid YouTubers.
Just my 2 cents.

They advised AMS this year and hinted at earlier vs later... so we will see.
Will you be able to use the ams with this? Like other printers
They have advised AMS will be released Q3 2025
So I think the question to ask yourself is what is the 2nd AMS for. If I split them it'll just be for general convenience.
Can't say I'm happy paying now for a printer I'm not getting shipped until the end of June.

Preliminary reviews are positive in terms of print quality and ease of use. It's definitely not as polished as Bambu Labs but the weak points, from what I saw, were not deal breaking.
I still have no idea why it broke, it was sitting in the same place for a year. I have friends who have their products that use them for design and test prints before running off mass production. I'm sure many people have no problems and I have no problem with their ability to communicate, I've seen plenty of companies that won't even give the support, but I'm certainly not buying another product from them and will more than likely go with the Bambu printer if I go this route or consider a different brand if I return to resin.
