I don't know how much is just review bombing for recent sentiment about the company, but there are a lot of DOA complaints. Seems like a nice board otherwise. About as cheap as you will see for this chip set.

If you're going to buy anything NZXT, make sure it's a case. At least there's no software (CAM also garners a lot of hate), and they can't lock you out of anything at a later time.
