These are $79.46 at my local Staples. They're flagged as clearance, so maybe they're moving over to the EVO line? You have to go in person, the price won't show up on their site. There was no price at all on the 2TB, so they must have sold out, whatever the discount was. I got one for $119 from that same store a year ago, so probably around that price.

If I knew how to post a picture, I would.

Yeah, me too. Directly from Samsung. Wish I bought two...

Prices are going crazy everywhere and the real reason is "because they can". Gouging is the standard way of doing business.

I've seen obscene markups on stuff, including Amazon. I'm not talking about the standard 30% hikes we see all the time, I'm talking 90-100% hikes. Something is broken....
