Got in the last deal for this vacuum and so far it's been great. Much easier to carry around and sucks/blows great.

I got in on the last Lowes deal for the Dewalt Steath Sonic shop vac for under $100 over winter last year & that thing is my fav for strong suck & quiet. I donated my stainless Stanley shop vac to goodwills, cause it's too LOUD.

Most cordless vaccums should be avoided unless you really need one. I returned the Rigid NXT as it sucked, got a Milwaukee dual battery from a local seller for $100 and that is much better. The Dewalt on sale in this post is very good though, got it on the last $50 sale, and it is what I use the most now. I would pick this Dewalt over the Milwakee dual battery if I could only have one.
