Not really a great deal in my opinion. You can find used ones in excellent condition for well under $1200

I was able to get it from Greentoe for 1300 in January. Legit seller and I was able to register on Tamron's website for 6 years' warranty

As a professional photographer, I might sell my used lenses, but I'd never buy a used one. Plus, a new lens comes with a six-year manufacturer's warranty.
