Just got an open box C3 77" fair, a YMMV in my favor in grading, for $1100 @ BB. They've literally been erasing a category (Fair. good) and adding back, meaning zero nationwide (not just my region) at that moment. Try refreshing just the open box page when on an all out search. But it's at a great intersection of a clearance model year +1 soon and almost all of the returns on this one will be from the $1499 deal 2 weeks ago, or less likely from same deal 2 months ago. . and besides those two periods most were buying and returning the C4's for cheaper. Finally beyond it being a display as well as those two sales wiped those out. A store that tends to get returns in the box (even if it was installed) goes a long way. I guess I can stop searching for this 65 c3/c4 now.

This, hands down. Not only is this brighter, but the B4 is much slower, due to its processor. I have a C2 and I've had hands on experience with two B4s, and the B4s take longer to bring up apps, and other menus. It's also noticeably dimmer than my TV. If you use an external device for shows or movies, then the slowness of the B4 won't really matter. That processor will likely end up holding you back with updates later, though.
Not to mention that this has Dolby Precision Detail for Dolby Vision content. Only the C and G series, starting with the C2/G2, have Precision Detail. It's on the Cinema Home and Vivid (don't ever use vivid) picture settings. It makes Dolby Vision content even brighter and shows more detail in dark scenes. Few people ever talk about Precision Detail. Even Rtings didn't mention it. At least not in reviews that I've read in the past.
Hmm you're right - they don't have the C3 on their site. They did the same with B4s a few weeks ago. Anyone gonna give it a try?
