Anyone know for this is supposed to compare to the 9070 XT that will release next month? Price is supposed to be close to this at least MSRP.

From what I have seen the 7800XT matches the 4070 super in Raster performance, but lags in ray tracing, and uses 40-50w more under load. I hope that the $550 5070 will perform better than the 4070 Super.

The fear is, will we be able to get any of these 5070s? And how will tariffs affect the GPU prices.

They're supposedly comparable to 7900 XT maybe better, so probably 10-20% better. Don't get your hopes up on the pricing though, since leaks showed them going for $750+, hopefully just placeholder prices

7900XT was in the $800 price range, so that sounds like a reasonable price for newly released cards.

I'm hoping for under $600. I'm still doing OK on my 6700XT but I know it won't last forever.

I'm waiting on a 7900 Xt from provantage. Says delivery April 15. Got it for 647. To bad these guys don't offer shipping.

This is one of the worst times in history to buy a GPU, barring maybe 2020/21. This price is ok if you can find it though.

this is slower. but expect prices to be msrp or higher. even the 7900 series has jumped in prices due to idiotic nvidia pricing.
this is a good card for 490$ tho..cant go wrong with it
