Simple ingredients - only 4 which is nice, but does have 4g of added sugar each service. I guess PB typically has it added. Hard to escape added sugar in the American diet, at least this is moderate

If you're looking for a *good* no sugar added PB spread then go pick up "Good Good" brand Peanut Butter - 1g total sugars per serving (2 tbsp) and 2 (net) carbs. That brand is a God send if you're a low-carb/low-sugar diet person. Same goes for their jellies and jams.

Pretty much any natural pb doesn't, other than Jif. There are many brands that have natural pb these days, so it's definitely easy to escape the added sugar.

Also have never tried peanut butter in the powdered form, I got the original withal a previous deal, got delivered a couple of days ago and I love it so far, super simple to make and it "expires" in 2027. The taste is really good and I can make exactly how much I need every time! I definitely suggest trying it if you haven't!

I also prefer the normal PB Fit (non-chocolate) kind better, but this is OK enough for me to at least finish it. haha

They have other options, like Organic or nothing added with no sugar or salt. The coca one is not the best. It's great for adding a nice peanut butter flavor to a shake with good amount of protein and little fat for those keeping the carb count low. If you are a peanut butter fan this is the stuff. Now if only they had healthy jelly and soft white bread options for my pb&j. Cheat day for that.

DON'T DO IT! I often eat spoonfuls of this when I need a sugar fix. If not eaten slowly and carefully, the dry powder can go up nose and cause serious irritation and gagging. I learned the hard way to first salivate as much as you can so that the mouth is wet. Then make sure to swirl the powder inside the mouth so that it turns into a paste before you swallow. That'll rehydrate the powder so that can't go up your nose.
