Check back when it goes live on March 25 for exact details. It's usually pretty straightforward where they give you a code and then that code can either be copied and pasted into a link or website to activate when you're logged into your MLB account. Look at the Wiki (informational post on the first page of the thread) once it goes live and more specifics are usually added there.

Also, as a new user, it's usually best to look for a long-term user with a decent amount of rep to trade with, as they're usually viewed as more reliable traders. A new user who's buying will usually look for a more established user to buy from and a new user who's selling usually looks for a more established user to sell to. Then the new user generally sends first to avoid scammers. If a new user looking to buy pairs with a new user looking to sell, it can be sketchy because neither have a reputation as a reliable trader, so neither one of them usually wants to send first for fear of getting scammed. If a user has a few hundred rep points, they're usually considered to be pretty reliable as a helpful SD user. If they have thousands of rep points, even more so.
Want to know how bad reading comprehension is in the United States? Look at all the people in this thread talking about MLS.... while this thread is about MLB..... and the deal doesn't start until next month. Sometimes you just lose faith in humanity.

Someone gave me this because they're not a baseball fan and I am. However, I'm not a T-Mobile customer. How do I redeem it?
Summary from the Wiki …

Redeem code ( 2025TMOXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX ) at https://www.mlb.com/commerce/redeem/form

It's recommended to use a Wi-Fi connection such as a computer or tablet rather than a non-TMo cell connection to avoid issues since it's intended for TMo users.

Hi and happy MLB code season everyone! woot

The full trading rules can be found here.

Below are a few highlights for those who don't trade often:

-Cash/Venmo sales are not allowed

-Trades should be specific

Ex:
HAVE: 1 code
WANT: $5 AGC

- If you have an MLB code and you want a GC in exchange for it, the amount of the GC you request in exchange must be $5 or less.

-If you want to offer a GC for an MLB code, you can offer more than $5 GC. Please note, if a trade goes awry, mods will not get involved. Trade at your own risk.

-You may only post your trade request for the same trade once every 24 hours.

Thanks and happy trading!

Back again for my third year in a row....looking for a 2025 MLB.TV code. Have a $10 AGC for trade.

New users to SlickDeals have a message limit of 2 per 6 hours (anyone know how to get rid of that, btw?)

Because of that, please PM me your email and I'll send your gift card ASAP. Thank you!

I already have my code and I'm up and running. I typically watch on my Apple TV at home. But, my understanding is that if I'm not a T-Mobile customer, I shouldn't watch games on my phone unless I'm on wifi or my account could be disabled.

Is this an established fact or just an assumption?

I've seen only occasional references to that. I believe they have blocked accounts for it in the past (I've seen several credible reports of it in previous years), but I'm not sure if it's just an occasional thing to send a message or more widespread. It's probably best to use Wi-Fi and avoid streaming it directly on your phone through a non-TMo connection if you want to be on the safe side. If it's not a huge concern, play around with it and report back. I think a lot of people avoid it just because of the previously reported isssues.
