This works well for spot treatment. Sometimes my dog gets an itchy spot. Spray this and he usually calms down pretty quick.

If your dog is itching all over, take them to the vet and get medication.

So? Dogs eat poop and garbage. I don't think Chinese made itch spray is gonna hurt them.

You really think dog food made in the US is any better?

LOL...yes! Dog food made in North America is significantly better. Bat and Pangolin free dog food.

I did a search and put a random pin down in Xi'an. I found 23 dogmeat restaurants within roughly 3 km. If you can find me 23 restaurants serving raccoon, possum, and rabbit within a 2-mile radius in the United States, let me know.

The point they were likely making is that the life and health of a dog is held in very low regard in China. There are people who create shock videos to gain followers by setting baby puppies into blenders and turning it on. This is perfectly legal in China because there is no animal cruelty law. There's even an annual dog meat festival in Yulin where they slowly blowtorch dogs to death because it is said to make the meat taste better when they die in extreme pain(contrary to everything I've ever heard about butchering meat). There are good people who want animal cruelty laws put into place, but they are vastly outnumbered.

If the health and welfare of dogs is held in such low regard by the average person, why would you trust a random person from there to make your dogs food? Famously, multiple companies added melamine to baby formula to improve profit margins. One company started it, like a dozen other companies heard about it. Rather than report it, instead they said "We can make more money this way too." Some babies died, and hundreds of thousands have a lifetime of kidney issues. If they're willing to do that to baby formula, what do you think they're willing to do to feed made for an animal they could have just eaten for lunch?

I'd prefer someone who loves dogs to make my dogs food. People like this exist in China. I assume some of them are even making dog food. But, I don't know who I am buying from. When I do the numbers, I don't like my odds. You do what you want though.
