Anyone looking into Resin printer. Please don't rush into this because its only $100. Resin is toxic - you can hurt yourself. Ventilation is important and PPE is important. Please research how to do this safely. Otherwise, have fun - at 8k this thing can get really detailed.
The pro has faster speed in motor and light intensity. Negative reviews stem from people assuming they know how to run this instead of reading the instructions and taking it step-by-step.

Take it slow the first few prints and you should be golden.

Invest in a lot of Nitrile Gloves.. NOT latex.
This is all you need, but you'll need supplies. Like resin, gloves, respirator (or at least some good masks), UV curing (could use the sun but it'll be so slow it's better to get a cheap lamp), alcohol to rinse, etc. It's easy, but a bit of a process so I'd watch a YouTube video or two about post processing resin prints.

Is this all you need to print out something? or do you need any other devices?
Also, what's better for the pro version?

I'm not buying any more SLA printers that done have heaters and release rocking built in. No matter how good the price.

The pro model is for $159. Wondering if the speed and light increase is worth the $59 increase. Sucks it doesn't qualify for free shipping as well.

I can't see any difference in speed or light in the listings. Only thing I see is very slight build volume increase, which isn't enough to matter.

Says in the listing that the light intensity 8000 W/cm^2. Which I don't know much about it and looking elsewhere says have an advanced pump system allowing autofill or withdrawal of resin. Along with wireless printing. Might just get the regular one though.

Temperature greatly affects resin with adhesion as well as layering. You can have a prank completely fail just from a small temperature fluctuation in your room. It's a very finicky process and you want to keep it as stable as possible. The new tilting beds actually help with adhesion as well as making sure that the layers properly separate as they're being printed. It pulls from the fep which is the plastic sheet that you will actually be printing on which prevents things from getting stuck and also making it so you don't have to constantly scrape the fpp which gives it damage over time. Everybody has to replace them but depending on how well you take care of them, the longer they last and they're kind of a pain to replace. Okay, you have to tune them like a drum with an app if you want to get it totally right.

Crazy good price for this size of printer. If I hadn't upgraded myself a few months ago I'd be all over this.
