When I add the 32" waist to my cart in Amazon, it says 32-36" waist. Does that mean it would likely be loose fitting for someone with an actual 32" waist?
Reviews say they run a little big so I'll try the small size (I'm in between the small and large). If they're uncomfortable, I'll return them. Worth a shot at this price.
Darn it, wish this were in the post. Everything else being equal I prefer to order on Amazon to help my stock out. Don't have stock in Walmart. Also Amazon would arrive much faster.

Thanks for updating. I ended up canceling my Walmart order and going with Amazon because it'll also be easier to do a return if it doesn't fit. But it's weird how your update only shows under "Original Post" and not the main body. Guess SD staff have to update it?
