but in reality if you aren't a idiot, no one is gonna pull you over and ticket you. wear your helmet, go below 20 mph and you are good to go.
insurance - companies are gonna charge you like they charge motorcycles. at least the companies i asked, explain they dont have a ebike insurance, (6-9 months ago. things might have changed)
side note.
for a sub 2k price ebike.
you are getting quite a deal.
750 dual motor (im told plus and play, so when they burn out u can find replacement parts). dual shocks, basic shocks but still okay. okay turn signal lights. LCD screen. hydro brakes
7 spd is worhless. they should change it to single. no one is gonna pedal.
can't really expect mid drive (mainly for trail and smoother operation) on sub 2000.
bike is HEAVY. if you are gonna take it anywhere or hang it up in your garage. u r gonna need 1 BEEFY bike rack
