I recommend their internet service. Me and my girlfriend have it and it's not only faster than what we had from Spectrum with better reliability and surprisingly about the same latency. It's perfectly fine for gaming and we're usually streaming on multiple devices and gaming at the same time.

FWIW I submitted for the December promo and I'm still waiting. 6-8 weeks is what they say. Pretty happy with the service though, I use a Keep Connect and reset every 2 days and have had almost no issues.

My parents live next to a high school and during school hours, their LTE home internet dropped to dial-up speeds. Problem resolved when they switched to Verizon 5G home internet. Perhaps it was just an LTE vs 5G thing.

Got my $300 gc on 3/15. Ordered on Jan 1, 2025. Activated service and gc offer online on 1/10/25. No issues.

I used to wholeheartedly recommend this service until I had a few businesses who I recommended it to lose service without notice after being in the service area for years. After contacting CS, they said that this "just happens sometimes"

I switched to T-mobile in last week. You can only apply this $300 GC to pay the termination fee of your current provider.

It's literally a prepaid debit card, you can use it on anything.

I got their Home Internet back October 25 last year with $200 rebate. They approved my virtual giftcard in Feb. 3 this year but I had trouble activating/redeeming online. Quick call to CS and they sent me a check instead. Received the check within the week. Very good service so far with no down time at all whatsoever.
