The PSI doesn't matter. You need to look at the CFM value which dictates how much air flow it has. Its has a .6 cfm meaning it would take forever to pump a car tire
I give up on unknown brands for tire inflators. after 4-5 months, the battery barely holds a charge to inflate a single tire.
do not plan on using this for car tires. it will take forever to inflate and will probably kill the thing soon

100%.
Even though you'll spend a good bit more, buy the inflator for whatever powertool battery platform you're on never look back. I've used my Makita one probably 100 times by now…

I agree with this totally. Ryobi works well for me, but Makita is also an excellent brand

Got one similar to this. Worked well with my SUV tires. It does get really hot.

Description says up to 150 PSI though. Car tires PSI is 30-55 PSI. It should be able to handle.

If you are going to go with this type of inflator, get one that does battery and car cigarette lighter adapter. I believe the one from Lowes that has been posted on SD can do that. Not sure about the Costco one.

Figure try the battery operated, but I jnow 150psi is low in comparison to the 300psi I currently use and got for $15.
Realistically that is only a factor if you have a road bike.
I also bought a cheap one that is supposedly 150psi+ but I know for sure it can't go above 100psi when I pump my road bike's tires. Not an issue for car or MTB as you don't need that high pressure there.

I am always worried that by the time I need it, the battery doesn't hold charge anymore, especially with no known brand. Pass.

I have the Costco one and it has usb connector. It's great. Top of a tire in a jiffy. Stores away small. Does take a couple minutes to fill from flat but where you going anyway?
