Box yes, one card, no official Omega warranty, just a warranty through Watchmaxx. Bought the same watch the last time it was $3595 and if I didn't buy it back then, I'd buy it now.
I ordered a baume from them couple years back. After a week it was on the fritz and eventually died. They offered to attempt to get the warranty card to make a claim through baume or just refund. Given the uncertainty I just returned. Still disappointed as I wanted that watch for a while but at least they made me whole.
Have one. Love it. I get lots of compliments. More classy and understated than a lot of other luxury watches. Keeps great time.

To the question above about the difference in the pro, well it's not a Moonwatch. Different movement, no ties to moon landing. Smaller, 40mm vs 42mm. I have pretty big wrists and this wears fine. There's a lot of people out there wearing watches that are way too big for them.

These are cool watches and this is about the price that a used one goes for. Omega makes these in some cool color combos, but it doesn't look like Watchmaxx sells them.

This one is a little smaller diameter/size wise and the bezel/dial design is a bit different.

Lacks the same legacy and heritage of the professional as well.

Other differences in movement and such as well.

This is a smaller (40mm vs 42mm) automatic Speedmaster…. Just not a Professional model. Essentially the successor of the old Speedmaster Date.

Used to have the all black model. Extraordinary quality compared to about anything else for 3k and kept excellent time for an automatic. It always felt smaller and taller than advertised so proportionally not great and ultimately why I sold it.

If you have smaller wrists (<=6.75") and ok with the thickness, it's is a good watch. Oddly enough this is about what I paid about 10 years ago.

Looks real nice, but wish it's a little thinner than 15mm.

yes it is. they are a well known grey market seller, you will get a genuine omega, just not the official warranty. warranty is probably through the seller.
