Not as good as last year's $2 deal, but I have been waiting to load up on some mulch. Not bad if you are needing to purchase now.

keep in mind this is only 1.5 cubic-- i think unless you really need it, we should all boycott it untl they bring the price down to $1.50 a bag-- if no one bought it they wouldnt be real happy with a garden center full of mulch just sitting there rotting away in plastic bags!

Depot was 4/10 ($2.50) last week also. While I was at Lowes, I asked to PM, she said no, its not advertised. In addition, she did mention that it would be the cheaper price of $1.50-$2 "soon" with a my Lowes reward membership card. I had to abandon my cart because I went to Lowes for wire, but apparently they are no longer doing wire by the foot. HD and Lowes are across the street from each other.

Totally agree. It looks like the $2 deal was last May, so it might be back then. However I missed the last deal, with 200 bags in my cart and I've been waiting to mulch for the last 9 months. It's a tough pill to swallow when your cart over doubles in price.

Not sure if this is useful to you but figured I would share. There are free mulch drop off services if you need large quantities.

I always find it best to keep from putting mulch down until the last pollen drops. If not, you end up with seedlings on top of the mulch.

Too early. I wouldn't even know where to mulch. Gotta dig through a couple feet of snow at this point. 😂

In upstate New York, I have about 4 feet of snow in my yard. ❄️ I think I'll pass for now. Don't plan on mulching until this thaws in June. 🌞

Ive gotten this twice and it can be useful maybe in a garden but it had huge sticks and chunks of wood mixed in. Big pain to try and shovel into wheelbarrow and sucks to spread

It's early still, $2/bag will be here in the next month.
