This is $82 and doesn't give you a single working light, you also need an $84 power supply, and then of course a Hue Hub (which I'm going to assume you have).
So with this "deal" we're at $166 for one light. Then if you want to be further than 16-feet from the power outlet, you'll need another $20 per 16-feet extension cable.
Let's assume a minimum arrangement is like 4x or 6x pathway lights which is common, we're looking at $412 to $576 OTD + any additional $20 cables.
Oh, and I know what you're thinking: These must be super bright, large or well-made, but nope. There are multiple YT reviews that show how dim they are, not particularly big, and suffer from UV damage. See:

Even if you're a huge Hue fan, hard pass. Bad product.
