Greatest keyboard ever made that will inevitably fall victim to the double-tap issue RIGHT after the 2 year warranty is up. It plagues all of these and is insanely difficult to fix.
I ended up building my own keyboard with Khali Bronze Speed switches, but it isn't the same. Couldn't justify dropping this much twice on something with a known issue.
If they ever release a new model with a fix I will buy it in one second.

I can't speak to if the issue is fixed, but there's a successor to this model, the G915 X

I wouldn't call them the greatest keyboard ever made. Personally, I'm way more into those lubed and tuned artisan mechanical keyboards.
I think that version is high profile? Anyway I'm in for one, thanks OP!
Welcome. This is low profile vs. usual gaming keyboards. Description says at half the height.
Low Profile mechanical switches offers the speed, accuracy and performance of a mechanical switch at half the height The GL Tactile switch produces a discernible bump at the point of actuation. Comes in 3 options: GL Tactile, GL Linear or GL Clicky.

Thanks.. though I was replying to another comment which was referencing the G915 X version, which appears to be high profile.

Is that just the 915? My 815 has been going several years with absolutely no issues 🤷🏻 ♂️Could be lucky. I'm on it for ~9hrs a day, but mostly gaming and surfing, not writing novels.
Love this keyboard I've had it for years and I just finally broke off my g5 key while cleaning it a week ago can you buy oem keys for this or is it just like buy a new one lol
