Is this what NPR envisioned when they came up with Tiny Desk concerts?

At only 15" deep, I'm not sure how comfortable this would be to use a laptop because you might not be able to scoot your chair in far enough to actually type on it without having to leaning in. It is worth marking 15" on an existing kitchen table to experiment before purchasing. Otherwise, seems like an excellent price.

These budget type desks are good enough if you keep it in same spot. I use a furinno laptop desk one with cork board material and plastic poles but it's held up other than my carelessness of putting water jug in a spot and it caused the area to chip . But it's holding up laptop and 27" smart monitor and extra shelves is nice

I brought another mainstays 15ish inch desk last year. It was easy to assemble, but there is very little stability on carpet for a desk this thin. It was more stable on hard ground, but still nowhere near my 18-21 inch desks. Even against the wall, the wobble playing games still makes it unstable. Ended up just using it as a printer stand. It should be okay for light office work.

I got something similar and it's great as a side desk for some extra width for stuff.

And light enough to take to living room if you just want to use a small desk in the corner somewhere with a laptop. Bring the dining chair over and watch big screen tv with a better surface for a laptop.

As tiny as it is, I think it should be great for a high TV stand in the bedroom, or a display desk right beside the door?

prob decent if you need a desk for a small Resin printer or something (thats why i bought my last cheap furinno desk for, ended up creating and 3D Printing leg extensions to move it up higher and added a 3rd shelf out of REAL wood to give the base more weight)
