Was able to get CS to add it through chat even though it wasn't working. Told them I saw it in my account but it wasn't applying. Maybe I just got lucky - they asked for a screenshot of the offer with my name showing so on my desktop (not mobile) I logged into to Target and clicked the link on the deal to show the Circle coupon, then clicked more details and it popped up a second frame with the button to click right under my name. Very slick! Now to decide whether or not this is an upgrade from my BES870XL from 2020
