I remember this being $23 around BF so this is definitely an even better deal.

Still can't figure out why plug-in cube-style chargers are more popular than corded ones, given how obtrusive the former are and liable to being hit or falling off, and how some of the latter have built-in mini power strips for AC devices, and can be located closer to the devices being charged. Are people just more conditioned to using cubes and so prefer them, the way that people are conditioned to taking phone pictures in portrait mode even though landscape usually makes more sense?

Although, I suppose that you could just buy a decent extension cord or power strip and have the best of both worlds. Is that what a lot of people do?
I'm with you on this, so I always carry an extension cord.
I wonder though if extension reduces energy flow...

You can search warehouse now in the app. Same price.
The app is not correct. I checked 2 places while at the stores which shows available, yet when I it's not available.

Don't remember what the price was around Black Friday, but I bought two sets and they've been great.
They were $24 a package which is a steel even at $30 was a good deal. Literally you can buy a 30 watt block for 10 to $15 I'm definitely going to get more of these

I'm not an electrical engineer....but the amount of voltage drop from a 120v extension cord to a ~60-120 watt demand (there are some inefficiencies of the charging block) is probably neglibile. Also....my guess is the charging block can deliver the voltage/amps regardless if there is a +/- few volt drop from the extension cord. Now, a longer USB cord does I've heard (since it's a much thinner cord....so resistance is higher).

Anyway, my question is what somebody asked above.....is this the same as the amazon $60 dollar one?? I bought it on special for $37 and wondering if I should buy this and return amazon. If the amazon one is slightly more compact....I'll keep it. But if they are identical, i'd swap it and save $17, and get a free lower-watt-charger!

Can anyone who knows about this stuff tell me the difference between the 67w version in this deal and this $60 67w Anker product on Amazon?

I don't see this line thinking against wall chargers, but definitely a personal choice and nothing wrong with either. Obtrusive, that's an eye of the beholder type of thing. If out in the open a cube to me is less obtrusive than a power strip. Liable to being hit or falling off, not really a major issue most of the time. You could make the claim that the cord of a power strip is a tripping hazard. A cube is more easily portable than a power strip and easier to pack or stick in a drawer to get it out of the way when not using. Power strip type devices are great for stationary use on a desk or elsewhere or if you want to charge more than one device at a time.
Each have their own uses and advantages, so whatever works for you is good.

Not sure I follow that logic. Either way there is a cord from the wall to whatever you are charging. The "tripping hazard" is there regardless.

Regardless, seems like a great price I shouldn't have hesitated on the last time it was posted a week ago.

These were $15 at my local store on clearance a couple months ago. Then were replaced with new packaging and now on sale again.

Bought this when it was posted last time. Charger lasted about 8 months before it stopped working completely. Good thing Costco has a great return policy.

Two different things, each has it's own purpose.
I have both. Strip is for home, cube is for travel, especially if you travel solo.

For those that bought these the last time, can you confirm whether or not these are actually GaN?
The one I bought says "GaN" on the packaging.
