It appears that you can get a new Samsung Bespoke all-in-one washer dryer combo unit for the price of the open box shown on the website.

Navigate to the link and add a new Samsung Bespoke all-in-one washer dryer to your cart with the $29.99 3 Year Samsung Care+.

Open back up the product page and this time opt for adding the open box one to your cart (see picture). When you go to your cart, the new one should now reflect the price of the open box one. Remove the open box one (the one without Samsung Care+) from the cart and the price of the new one should stay the same.

I am unsure if any further discounts would apply with Samsung Offer Programs as I am unable to participate in any of them right now. The cart total did not drop if I opted to have them haul away an old appliance. It might drop if you trade in a device though.

The price is more than previous frontpage deals, but still seems like a solid deal if in the market for a new combo unit. I assume this is available for all, but could be YMMV. My order is slated to arrive next week and can confirm then if the product that arrives is in fact brand new versus open box.

QA note: must use an account that does NOT have EPP, EDU, or any other type of Samsung offer program

Due to limited space in my home, I've recently become interested in this type of machine. I'd like to know if it requires a 220V outlet for operation. I saw some YouTube reviews mentioning that machines of this kind have a non-removable dryer filter, which can cause a bad odor over time.

This machine is great if you don't have a dryer vent and/or gas line and have limited space for 2 separate units. It just uses a standard 120V outlet. It has a removable dryer filter on the front. One thing I didn't initially notice when I ordered was the front to back depth of the unit. I was worried as my space had a door that could get in the way, but luckily it fit. Just do your research on dimensions prior to ordering. It does take like 3 hours for your average wash/dry load, but again not a problem if you run it overnight.

This washer/dryer is also heavy. If you have to move it upstairs, it'll take some effort plus you want to make sure the floor can support the weight. The depth is more than a traditional washer.

That said, not needing to take the clothes out to dry is helpful. I have three kids who like to play in dirt at school and the overnight run is super beneficial.

We replaced our washer dryer with 2 of these and couldn't love it more. The automatic detergent is amazing. The end a wash at a set time is great. We run our loads overnight set to finish drying after the kids go to school so we can deal with them then. A regular load takes at least 3 hours and more really 4. The dryer lint vent is annoying to open up to clean. The machines need to be self cleaned somewhat frequently. (Every 30-40 loads for a half day). Those cons are well worth how much we love them.

We paid $2975 + $30 shipping - $200 future appliance gift cards for these (+ tax) including 2 year warranty so the deal itself is lukewarm in my opinion. This was October 2024

I just found out that Costco.com is also having a promotion on this model. The price is $1,999.99, but there's a $300 discount on purchases over $1,999, so the final price is $1,699.99 + tax. Should I buy it from Samsung's website or Costco.com?

Buy it from Costco and abuse that return policy if necessary

I purchased this unit when it went on sale last year, and it was a disaster. I would not recommend.
The combo function is great and I'd consider one of those again, but not a samsung. The auto dispense feature was draining detergent like crazy - like the entire detergent reservoir would be used within 3 washes. Warranty service came out 4 times for this issue. First trip he confirmed there was an issue. Second trip he replaced the lint trap. Third trip he replaced the water pump. 4th trip he did an additional diagnostic, and broke the machine by accident (but didn't tell me). I found out when the machine was leaking and I found loose screws under the machine.
They offered a replacement machine, but after 3 months of delays, they agreed to a full refund in lieu of replacement.

I bought two of these to replace a conventional gas setup. It would produce incredibly wrinkled clothing no matter the combination of settings. I had to return them. Otherwise, it was a great setup if you don't need fast cycles or to quickly steam cycle wrinkled clothes.

To the OP or anyone else who tried this deal. Was it open box or brand new?

I have no idea why people continue to buy Samsung's disposable appliances...
