I ordered this product and it was shipped with no issues. On the day I was supposed to receive it, the tracking stated that the product will be sent back to the sender per their request. I contacted customer service (CS) and was told I will get a refund once the package has been received within 7-10 days. Okay, no biggie. I just reordered everything which was shipped and received with no issues.
Fast forward a week after I contacted CS and I have not received my refund or any other updates from my original order. I contacted CS again and was told "a decision was finalized yesterday" to have my order reshipped to me instead and refused to give me a refund saying it can't be stopped. But they can request a package to be sent back when it was in route but can't stop it at their own warehouse!?! I don't need two orders. I was told to just refused the package at delivery if I don't want it or go through the hassle of processing a return. The lack of communication has been frustrating on my end and this was supposed to be a treat for myself from the stress I've been going through in my personal life. But hey, I was offered a whooping 20% discount code for my next order to make things right! I like to try new products from different brands but this will be my first and last time ordering from Estee Lauder.
As for the product itself, it seems nice. I haven't actually used it yet to vouch for it's results because this whole situation has left a sour aftertaste...
