No. These are the best in-ear ANC earphones, bar none, and I've tried them all, including more over-the-ear headphones, too, than I care to admit. I prefer to use these on planes than any over-the-ear headphones or in-ear models. They're just amazing.

I have the APP 2nd gen, and they're... alright. They have that seamless connectivity thing and that's great, but when it comes to ANC? No comparison.

I've had since release. I quite like them. I've had Airpod, Airprod 2, and Airpod 2 Pros. All of them fell out of my ears sitting in bed. These are amazing for staying in my ears and going on runs with out having to put on inserts etc.
Good audio quality, good gestures for changing modes to disable/enable ANC. Very happy with them.

Sounds like you haven't tried the Technics AZ100. I found these to be waaaaaay better overall than the Bose. Sound quality is the best I've ever heard for in-ear buds, thanks to their magnetic drivers. Bluetooth is rock solid, noise cancellation and especially the transparency mode are top notch with a slight edge to Bose in Noise Cancellation and comfort. The transparency mode beats the Bose handily and is on par with my AirPod Pros 2.
I wanted to get the az80 but there's quality issues. I was ready to buy it but reading those negative comments I held off.Az100 might be different.

You cited a lot of their upsides and I agree. They stay in way better than ipods. They have a ton of downsides too. I had a nightmare trying to get them, a: connected to devices, and b: stay connected. Also I lose stuff a lot, and the airpods blow these away for "Find my."
Yes there are lots of positives as I can actually use them. The AirPods were always frustrating because they fall out.
I do agree it would be nice if there was a Find My option…
As you mentioned I just lost mine while on a trip and really no way of telling where they are. The hotel of course hasn't found them.

I use the Bose Ultras for my desk job and use them for phone calls and web meetings. I really use the buds for when I'm on the go and traveling.

Is anyone else having issues with the pause/play button action? It only works less than half of the time for me.
