No. These are the best in-ear ANC earphones, bar none, and I've tried them all, including more over-the-ear headphones, too, than I care to admit. I prefer to use these on planes than any over-the-ear headphones or in-ear models. They're just amazing.
I have the APP 2nd gen, and they're... alright. They have that seamless connectivity thing and that's great, but when it comes to ANC? No comparison.
I've had since release. I quite like them. I've had Airpod, Airprod 2, and Airpod 2 Pros. All of them fell out of my ears sitting in bed. These are amazing for staying in my ears and going on runs with out having to put on inserts etc.
Good audio quality, good gestures for changing modes to disable/enable ANC. Very happy with them.

Just returned mine to Bose. Best ANC. But, I really like the voice commands on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro.

Sounds like you haven't tried the Technics AZ100. I found these to be waaaaaay better overall than the Bose. Sound quality is the best I've ever heard for in-ear buds, thanks to their magnetic drivers. Bluetooth is rock solid, noise cancellation and especially the transparency mode are top notch with a slight edge to Bose in Noise Cancellation and comfort. The transparency mode beats the Bose handily and is on par with my AirPod Pros 2.

noise canceling ear buds are mostly an oxymoron in my experience. Full over ear headphones are the most reliable.

if you work out at a gym or run outdoors, the new powerbeats pro 2 is the way to go

Some use the Apple Airpod Pros as inexpensive hearing aids. Can these Bose serve as hearing aids by amplifying sounds from the environment?

How's the mix quality on these? I spend quite a bit of time on the phone.
Airpods are better for phone/teams calls.

Audio for music and stuff is better on these.

I cant believe people spend this much money on Earbuds. No matter what brand they are, they aren't going to be comfortable. Just buy a decent set of earbuds and then spend the money on a good pair of over the ear headphones for long periods if wearing.

these beat the galaxy buds pro by a mile - I had a pair of the buds 3pro and have a samsung phone so it was convenient with the same functionality, but battery life on the samsung is so much less than the bose. sound quality is also nowhere as good. I also own over ear sony headphones and also tried the sony anc earbuds too, which both beat the galaxy buds.

i consider galaxy and pixel buds to be good if you own the phones that are compatible since they are cheaper but if you are looking for pure sound, ANC, and battery - the bose and sony ones are more of an apple to apples comparison.

Also to add about video call, the buds 3pro video call actually isn't that bad from a noise isolation perspective. I live in new york and people can hear me pretty well with reduced background noise. Again I rather use bose or sony for listening to music but the galaxy buds are not bad for everyday use
