Both the OP and this Home Depot set (same) show 100% ABS. However, this alternate Stripe variant for the same price @ Kohl's is the one that says ABS + polycarbonate shell which is better.

With how rough baggage handlers are I'd be surprised if this lasted more than 1 trip but if it gets damaged you're entitled to reimbursement from the airline by law.
