These run pretty big. I am a big guy who would normally run a medium/large and I prefer a small unless you want a really roomy fit

I usually like REI stuff and find it decent quality but these are awful. Starting pilling really bad in just a few weeks. Did not hold up at all. Not good, even for $30.
