I used FreeTaxUsa this year. Free federal and $15 for state. Not going back to TurboTax or HR

Any deal on multi state (2 states)? It has been suggested install on 2 machines a single state but not sure that will correctly credit between the states on taxes paid to one properly

Looks like this is $5 more than last year and $10 more than the year before that. At least for the business edition. I can't wait till the last second to buy this. Should I just bite the bullet and take it?

This price is way high than 2024, I bought the 2024 premium vision plus state at $29.99, should I wait to see a better deal?

Bugs:

- Frequent problems updating on Mac
- State costs $40 even of you bought it in the package.
- I and EE bond redemption cannot be divided among joint filers.

Additional costs:
- state e-file costs an additional $20
- online tax payments add 2.5% surcharge

If it helps you at all, I was wondering the same thing. I bought this early March last year for $30. I did pull the trigger at $37.50, as I figured the MSRP has increased by $10, so $7.50 is a bit less than their increase. I would be surprised if they don't come on sale again in early March, maybe for less, but im not hopeful that it'll be down to $30

i got tired of waiting for this to fall under 20 bucks. I did my taxes at 1040.com both state and federal tax completely free. Had interest income and capitol gains and i finished in 30 minutes
