There is no sign in option in the OP's link. All I see is a "Get Premium Plus Free" button where you can enter your e-mail address. In the window, clicking the Done button does nothing. Am I missing something?

Yes, this deal is for a free year of Premium (after that you are charged $99/year if you do not cancel)--unlike the $1 for 14 day Trial that shows up on the page when you register for the Premium.
