I have a costco membership and added the item to the cart, but it shows $1149 -$200. Anything I'm missing?

Unfortunately no. It showed $799 an hour ago and now I'm seeing that price now. It's not worth it at that price, barely is at $799

It's $799 at the warehouse. I just got one at the Carlsbad, CA location. This thing is HUGE and heavy, comes in two boxes, that barely fit into my Sienna van with the back door open.

Yes, I should have been more clear in OP, the warehouse price is $150 cheaper than the site shows due to shipping.

I need something around this size or maybe larger. Is $799 The best it's going to get? How much do the sheds at this size usually go on sale for?

You may find cheaper, but this is "name brand" quality. What that means to you in a plastic shed I can't say. This was the lowest price last year as far as I know. Obviously in-store clearance is YMMV. At least it *shouldn't* go up in price due to tariffs, it's made in USA. Unless you've got two strong men and a boy, I think the $150 for delivery is worth it. The two boxes weigh around 400 pounds together. I also spent considerably more than the price of the shed having a pad poured for it.

I have had my eye on this since last year and managed to get it this time around. There were only 3 left at the Mission Valley San Diego location and had to be retrieved from the back of the warehouse.

I can confirm that I have seen about 10+ at this price in Edison,NJ yesterday evening.
I was planning to purchase but was too big of box to fit in my car.

I managed to grab 1 of the last 2 in the SFO airport location. Luckily the staff had lost the location they were stored in and when I went back again to ask they managed to find it across the warehouse on the pallet at the top shelf. Used my cash back certificate so I scored it for $677 out the door.
