I did a similar "credit" purchase some time ago. After a few weeks, I did receive the credit, but it did not show under gifts, credits...or anywhere else. It simply appears as an apparently prorated credit on certain purchases. Yes, I read all the fine print. Yes, I did contact Amazon. No, I did not ultimately receive the full $30 credit, despite having made many purchases since. I'll not fall for this type of credit any longer.

Just be careful with some Amazon pet food/treats. Ordered the science diet he usually gets from chewy for my pooch a few months back and it made him sick. Either spoiled or fake product, which isn't a new story for Amazon unfortunately.

I had the same experience TWICE. Won't risk it again. I'll buy litter, toys and accessories, but not food.

the 24 pound bag is a little cheaper. Also I can handle it better to pour into feeder bin. Seems good so far this will be my 4th bag and dog seems to be eating less and no problems compared to cheaper stuff.

That's what I see as well, but how are you getting $0 in taxes? Mine is 9.27
OP is probably in one of the 5 states with no sales tax.

For comparison:
BJs currently sells the A&H Clump & Seal Multi Cat formula, 31 lbs, for $19.99.There is currently a $3 digital coupon off 1 box. There MIGHT possibly be a paper coupon in the flyer at the entrance, for multiple purchases.
They're also having a promo which this litter applies to: $10 reward after $50 purchase of qualifying items in one transaction.

YMMV.

I use this litter from BJs - no dust, no odor.

I hope they don't acquire Chewy, the only reason they do these promotions is to match them.

If Amazon would give me $30 OFF $100, rather than a credit on a future purchase, I'd be more tempted (but not really, given what I say in the last paragraph below).

As it is, I just ordered at PetSmart, using autoship, and got 35% off each bag of food I ordered.
An added bonus is I'm not supporting Amazon with this purchase.

With the Amazon & Chewy deal, the highest percentage you can get off is 30%, and that's if you find a way to precisely spend $100. I buy the biggest bags of dry cat food that are available (best per pound rate usually), so it's next to impossible to end up getting anything near 30% off the total.
$30 off $100 a purchase (30% savings)
is not the same as
$30 gift card with $100 purchase (23% savings).

My experience is different. Though it showed up weeks later, it applied fully for $30 on purchases that are sold/shipped by amazon.

Always issue with this in the auto $30 credit. Have to contact them to apply because they never send into my account.

Perfect! 114 pounds of cat litter. This deal worked great last time but I'll get that glare from my mail carrier again. 😮

I agree. That was my point, and why I went with 35% off at PetSmart.

I thought 35% off autoship from Petsmart is only for the first shipment. It's a great deal if it's for all shipments going forward.!
