VA panel but best price for new that I have seen. All zip codes I tried in MA show the $138 price but tried a CA zip and price jumped to $240. So, adding YMMV since not available to all.

No, there were 7 in stock sold by and shipped by amazon.com when I posted. I bought 2 at this price and showed 5 left. When I changed the "deliver to" address (picked a random CA zip) the price would change to $239.

Only 3rd party sellers available now.
