Boxes), city, state, zip code, phone number (including area code) and e-mail address and send in a stamped #10 envelope with proper postage affixed to: Lay's "All Dressed" Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 051, Ironia, NJ 07845 for a chance to win. Limit one (1) entry per outer envelope.
Timing: The Lay's "All Dressed" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time ("ET") February 25, 2025 and ends 11:59 PM ET April 23, 2025 ("Sweepstakes Period").
Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence with a valid US driver's license or government issued photo ID at the time of entry
Prizes (3): Each Grand Prize trip package is intended to consist of: A trip for two (2) (winner and one (1) guest) to Hawaii (winner's choice of Hawaiian Island), which includes: (i) roundtrip commercial coach air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport near winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor) to chosen Hawaiian Island; (ii) hotel accommodations for seven (7) days/six (6) nights at a hotel designated by Sponsor; (iii) ground transportation to/from airport from both winner's residence and destination hotel; special excursion(s) (as determined by Sponsor); and (iv) a $5,000.00 travel stipend for winner only (also intended to off-set tax implications) (awarded in the form of a $5,000.00 check). Total maximum Estimated Retail Value ("ERV") of each Grand Prize package is $18,300.00. Total maximum ERV of all prizes combined is $54,900.00.

Actual value may vary based upon location of departure city and destination selected. The value for travel portion of prize is an estimate made before the Sweepstakes Period begins. Travel must be completed by December 31, 2025. If a potential winner is unable to complete travel by December 31, 2025, the prize will be forfeited, and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner.
