It's been $1999 at Lowe's, so this isn't a good deal.

These were $2000 at Lowe's if you can still find them.
Looks like EGO is discontinuing this model in favor of the steering wheel version. I personally prefer this version.
$4000 is still too much imo. I brought when it was first released. I returned it for a Cub Cadet ZTR because the EGO wasn't powerful enough.

No, they haven't been. If you were lucky enough to find a unicorn in a Lowe's store, that's great, but no stores within a 1000 miles of me had one. This is a good deal if it's what you're looking for.
