I have to say, $5.99 for Watch Dogs Complete Edition is a super solid deal when you compare the value of what you're getting for the cost.
I buy boba tea drinks often and depending on the area you buy in, 1 drink will cost you $7+ in the bay area, $5+ in Vegas for 10 minutes of consumption if you take your time with the drink.
This game will easily give you hours of consumption. Even a movie is $6-10 on Discount Tuesdays for 2-3 hours of entertainment. This is still $5.99.

The 1st and 2nd games are enjoyable. Just OK plots but the gameplay is generally fun and the cities are well crafted. Hated the 3rd one Legion they really botched that one.
I was excited for this game for years, after the Xbox One downgrade was revealed.
I downloaded a bunch of mods to make it look more like a PC game, but it was like putting lipstick on a pig.
Boring game, poor graphics. Honestly overpriced at $6. Standard Ubislop. And you'll have to deal with their launcher to play it.
Ditto, I really liked the shooting parts but the other 90% of the game seemed to be driving (mostly) with the "hacking" felt like it was tacked at the last moment. I probably would have liked the game more if the ratios had been reversed.
FWIW my teenage nephew loves the game on the other hand and doesn't care much for shooters so that could be where the divide is.

i am digging this game. bought 1 and 2 on the last deal. i just beat the campaign and am now working my way through the DLC Bad Blood. The gameplay is repetitive but I like it. AI is kind of dumb and easily exploited and hacking the environment feels like cheating - that's part of the fun for me. I actually like the side missions a lot. I'm playing on the Steam Deck and its fun to hop in for a quick round to clear out a gang hideout or convoy.
I'm looking forward to playing through the second one as i heard that's a better game. I may even bite on Legion when it goes on sale next time. I don't really care about the story. I'm mostly interested in the gameplay.
EDIT: Here's a tip if you're considering Watch Dogs Legion. The Gold edition of Watch Dogs Legion, which is $20, includes the Season Pass with DLC and also Watch Dogs 1 Complete edition.
First game had the best story, second game had the best world, best characters, and best mission variety, third game had some good ideas but felt like a huge downgrade compared to the first two games. I will say this though, because they were using a reskinned Assassin's Creed map of London for the third game, it was the most accurate map in the franchise. Both the Chicago and San Francisco maps from the first two games were kind of faked, and not completely accurate to the actual cities. But, the map in Legion was almost a 1:1 recreation of the actual map of London.

Invading other players game is still one of my favorite things to play. I launch it cloud based off of Luna and jump into the multiplayer. There's usually still quite a few players to invade.
