Dat paint brush is legit. I use it to brush off debris from my grinder & jig saw.

The screw driver is pretty good, it has 2 sized + and 2 size - bits, bits store in the screwdriver, this makes them very flexible in use. The grip is also comfortable.
Only limitation is that, the bits cant reach deeper set screws due to the design.
I have a few and keep them in all my tool kits.

I found the paintbrush towards the back of my store where they keep other painting supplies. I did not see them at the front of the store where they sometimes keep the freebies.

My Lowes stores refuse to match HF coupons, using the excuse that Harbor Freight is not a competitor.
So that is definitely a YMMV.
Never hurts to try though! Treat the cashier like it is assumed they will, but don't be pushy or rude if they refuse.

you won't believe this but I once had my 10% lowes coupon and 20% off extra discount for store manager. how? well, they had technicall issue with payment. so I had to leave the items with them and when I went back later in the day when their system was up and running, I talked to the manager about giving me extra 20% off so he gave me extra 20% off of so many I was buying when I moved to a house from condo.

That screwdriver has one of the most comfortable / well designed handles IMO. It's a good deal at a price of free.

I have found that bit the bits and the tube rust very easily. They oxidize just sitting out in my unheated garage. Still, a usable tool at a great price.

Don't forget that it's a limit of 1 coupon per customer "per day" meaning you can go every day of the sale and get another free item. Picked up 2 of the screwdrivers this time around because I like to keep them in my family's cars with some other tools. Definitely not a screwdriver that holds up well to being used as a chisel or punch but for basic stuff it is great to keep around.
