Looks like there is no HDMI connectivity only Display port.

Yes. DP is objectively better. You can get a basic $5 dongle to convert DP down to HDMI, but you can't easily go the other way. (You need an active "converter")

DP allows way more functionality including "daisy chaining".

TL;DR: You never want hdmi ports, you want DP ports.

Edit: says DP 1.4 so should be able to do 4k 144, but probably doesn't support duo monitors?
