This, for sure. You should be looking to push 20% off or more on generators if you have the luxury of being able to wait. They go on sale enough that it makes it fairly easy to score a bigger discount than 10%.

Anyone have a list of the items that are usually excluded from other coupons and sales?

I'm sure there are because 10% just doesn't seem a lot otherwise when we're used to /"seeing 20-30% off

Check google images of previous 20% off coupons to see the typical list of restrictions on the bottom. That's if they even have 20% off coupons anytime soon. Basically, any higher end brand and most "desirable" equipment is not eligible for the 20% off.
