I have this mouse, loved it, but there is a common issue where the mouse wheel does not work reliably (you can google "Rival 3 wireless wheel problems" and find many threads of people complaining about issues. Just wanted to give warning to anyone considering it

Edit: found a Reddit thread where someone posted a fix using contact cleaner on the wheel after taking the mouse apart. Haven't tried it, but might be good https://www.reddit.com/r/steelser...ing_issue/

Do not waste your money.
Pro: None.
Cons:

Your family knows you are using a mouse. Clicking sound is horribly loud. You may do not understand what I am talking about. Buy it. Try it. And return it.
Click pressure is so high. It hurts your finger a lot unless you have a Finger of Steel.

Two AAA batteries. I think they lasted me almost a year of usage in Bluetooth mode

This mouse works well in Bluetooth mode, but I just had so many problems with their dongle. I was bouncing back and forth between Bluetooth or 2.4 on my PC - maybe it's my setup. I threw it in my work bag to just use as my travel work mouse. The issue I would have is that it would go to sleep, and then not reconnect. I would unplug the adapter, plug it back in - sometimes it would work, sometimes not. I disabled all power saving features in device manager, still had the issue. Just got to be so frustrating that I hooked up my old Logitech M510 or whatever it is and that thing just works every time, all the time.

I even had this issue right away so I did an exchange on Amazon, same issue with their new one. Sometimes it seemed to be related to their battery, sometimes not. Tried messing with the features in the app, didn't really fix my issue at all. Anyway - great mouse for the price if you can get it to work like normal.

F Logitech, I have too many of their devices that do not work together. Just how many versions of their "unifying" technology do they have? Never again. Fool me once shame on you, fool me 10 times shame on me.

IMO This mouse is pretty much the same thing. Ive had prob a dozen or more logitech mice that theyre a crapshoot with the wheel (at least the newer ones).

I like that this is BT/RF, but BT is pretty laggy, enough to notice even in desktop mode. You need to use RF for a good experience. Check the Rtings review if you dont believe me.

I have this mouse. While it fits the hand well, there is an annoying wake-up connection lag. It sometimes takes upwards of 8 to 10 seconds to connect. I use this as a backup now

Thanks everyone for sharing their experiences on this mouse. Even though the price is low, I'm skipping this one.
