The product has as much protein as total sugar. It's high in fiber and good fats. Macros are very good. Short list of all natural very simple ingredients. This is not a bodybuilding protein bar. This is my one annoyance with SD. People just bashing deals because it's high in sugar. Well guess what? If there's no sugar, you'll be bashing the product for the taste. Added sugar is not too different from naturally found sugars. Check out their other products. Would you say their addition of dates for the sweetness is healthier than the added honey, based on your logic? Let the people eat what they want. I can promise you this is healthier than what most people eat as a bar.

If you like Greek desserts that use honey you will (probably) love thse.

It reminds me of the bottom layer of a honey soaked baklava, with the consistency of a sweet honey soaked phyllo dough and ground walnut mix.

Least amount of ingredients compared to 95% of protein bars. Id give em a shot.

You wont find this flavor, but Aldis has a decent RX bar knockoff for blueberry/chocolate/peanut butter bars at $1 ish a bar.

Interesting that the ingredients say, "Avocado and/or High Oleic Sunflower Oil."

How could they possibly not know which one is in there?
