Yeah, I've had two backorders cancelled from them. I stopped ordering from them about 3-4 years ago. It seems like they only care about their corporate customers, which makes sense as that's how they started.

Yep I ordered one and it got delivered. It's a demo unit so not generally intended for consumers but otherwise the same.
