even they stop operation they should honor warranty unless they go bankrupt?
if you receive defected product, you can dispute with your CC company?
If your EV have programmable charging on your car side, I believe dumb charger would be OK.
Yes, there is some risk to get this cheap but I think the original Italian built quality might be ok and if the App still work even there would not any update, it might be a great deal.
